Discussion - swelling of neck /dental problems

i had a post root canl fractured tooth that was misdiagnose and told for months i had trigeneral neuralgi . now the tooth was pulled but not currtage of soft tissue and drained. there is still swelling but especially upper gum near sinusses and pain. dentist tol;d me afterwards he doesnt want to pull the rest of my teeth for upper denture and wont even schedule a appointment to go over tratment plan. schedu;led with a specialist who said after tellig me 4 months ago i had a bad jaw infection by his staff that even if i put 30 percent down as originally agreed upon that they wont pull my teeth until my insurance preauthorises the 2, 500 they charge for extraction even thought i payed for dentures out of pocketwhich could take 8 weeks. i have had low grade temp 4 month , swelling o jaw and neck primarily maststeroid muscle and now chest and underarm swelling. my teeth are horrib,e due to chronic low vitamin d i was never tod about by physician. my husbam lost his job and im now disabled. i signed agreement to pay everything and told thenm i would make sure there paid. i feel my lfes in danger with several other medical problems but theres no one else on insurance that will pull my teeth. they said neck swelling not due to teeth but dentists in town all close knit and cant find help. im in so much pain i wake up cring in pain every night and my husband rubs my head til i fall asleep. i live near springfield , mo pleas any dentists out there will help me. im so scared that im going to suffer severe consequences due to dental and medical negligence. i suffer neck pain purple spots, swelling mass on shoulders that spreading but basic bloodwork normal. any dentists out there would help me/
